Professional Cleaner Certification
Professional Cleaner (Level-1)
Congratulations on your decision to earn your Professional Cleaner Certification.
You must pass Level-1 and Level-2 plus an Ethics Class to earn your certificate.
Follow these instructions for Level-1

Read and Study your book "Professional Cleaner (Level-1)"
Click the green button "Level-1 Book" to open your book. Save your book for future reference. Study your book by reading carefully. Some students print the book so they can make notes. As a Certified Professional Cleaner you will be expected to know everything in the book and perform to certain standards. Many professionals re-read the book and refer to it, throughout their career.

Take the Practice Test
After you read your book, get ready for the Final Exam by taking a few Practice Tests. The Practice Test can be taken as many times as you want. We encourage students to take the Practice Test until they achieve a score of 90% or higher and complete the exam within one hour. The Final Exam requires a 90% or higher to pass the class and there is a one hour time limit. (Most students finish in 30 minutes)
The Final Exam is similar to the Practice Test but it is not the same, so make sure to read and study your book before scheduling your Final Exam.

Ethics Class
Congratulations on passing Level-2. You are just one step away from earning your Professional Cleaner certification and being registered with Maid Training Academy.
You must pass Level-1, Level-2, and the Ethics class. This class is for Ethics.
The average time spent on this class including the test is about 30 minutes. The book is just 10 pages and the test is only 10 questions. Although this class doesn't take much time, it is critically important.

Take the Test until you pass
Unlike your Level-1 and Level-2 classes, this class does not have a Final Exam. You simply take the Ethics Exam until you score 100%. You can take the test as many times as needed to score 100%.
You have a 20-minute time limit for each attempt. Most students complete the test in 10 minutes.

Once you pass the Ethics test, you will receive your Ethics Certificate along with your test results.

There is no final exam. You simply take your test until you pass with a score of 100%
Common Questions
Q: How much time will it take to study for my exams?
A: It takes about 3 hours to read the Level-1 book and then about 30 minutes for each practice test. Most people take at least 2 practice tests before taking the final exam. So it takes about 4 hours to complete Level-1 and about 5 hours for Level-2. The Ethics Class takes about 30 minutes.
Q: How many times can I take the Final Exam?
A: You are allowed 2 attempts to pass the Final Exam for Level-1 and Level-2. The Ethics class does not have a final exam. You simply take the Ethics test until you pass with a score of 100%.
Q: When will I receive my Professional Cleaner Certificate?
A: You will receive your certificate as soon as you pass your Level-2 Final. Your certificate is provided along with your Level-2 test results.
